Curran & Co came highly recommended by my parents when they sold their property earlier this year. From the first meeting with Blair we knew we had made the correct choice. This was our first time selling a property so we were in the dark about the process but Blair continually reassured us with any questions we had. Blair set up a WhatsApp chat to keep us up to date with everything going on which was really helpful. He was always a phone call away whenever we needed something. Blair was on the ball with booking viewings and didnt overwhelm us with a large number on any given day. Blair managed to secure us a great offer on our house, we honestly cant thank him enough for the service he provided.

I couldnt be happier with the service we received from Blair and Lucy at Curran & Co. Selling your home is a personal and sometimes nerve wracking process but we felt supported throughout. We could always get hold of Blair to chat through our concerns, nothing was too much trouble and we were always kept updated. If you want a Estate Agent with integrity, who really takes time to get to know you and will work tirelessly to sell your property then look no further. No used car salesman vibes here! A small firm big on customer service and getting results. We sold in three weeks, say no more.

I cannot thank Blair and Lucy enough for their high level of professionalism and the genuine care they have shown me whilst selling my property. Blair has been with me every step of the way from beginning to end, reassuring me when I had any questions or worries as a first-time seller. We had a tight deadline for selling our property which could be quite tricky, but Blair managed to get this sold in under two weeks which I was delighted with! I felt I could trust Blair and Lucy to handle my sale and they were always available to talk things through with me and keep everything on track. Genuinely cant recommend this firm enough!

Blair of Curran and Co Property was absolutely amazing from start to finish when selling my property. They were quick off the mark when we moved house 'backwards' by buying somewhere new before we were even on the market. Blair was able to get photos (which came out amazing!), home report and marketing literature/online adverts all sorted in about a week which was amazing. I was really impressed with the wealth of knowledge he had during the selling process, no question seemed daft to him and he was able to explain everything really clearly for me if I wasn't sure on something. To top it off our property was sold in under a week and way over value, what more could you want?! Could not recommend highly enough and would certainly use them again without a second thought.
