Lovely big showroom with lots of choice of electric and gas fires plenty choice of fireplaces. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Will definitely buy my new fire from this place well worth a look see.

I ordered an Ex Display wood burning stove from Firegroup on Saturday and it was delivered to Newcastle on Monday. I spoke to Sarah over the phone about my requirements and she was very helpful. She went out of her way to give me the best non biased advise. The stove arrived and was in the great condition as described. I could not be any happier with the stove and the customer of service I received. Keep up the great work! Just need to get it installed now.

1 star is too high to even give this place. Customer services & aftercare is shocking. The glass was fitted the wrong way which caused the marble to turn yellow within a week and the flame not to burn correctly. It took several phone calls,emails and even went in to the shop to get this sorted.After 4 months a gas fitter came out to have a look,it then took another month to get the marble replaced. When the marble was replaced it was all discoloured. Weeks later I was then offered for it to be replaced with new white marble that looked all stained. Which the manager said he wouldnt be happy with it in his house either. We went back in to the shop to pick a different colour. After a month of not hearing anything from the shop I emailed to ask when the new marble would be getting replaced and got no reply, 2 phone calls later it eventually got replacedbut the marble was not cut to the correct size??? The fitter was ment to be back today to fix it and has not shown up. Call the shop and they dont know anything about it? 6 months this has been going on.its a totally joke and very unprofessional.

2 large warehouses of stoves in one and gas & electric fires in the other. Very helpful salesperson (Mark) who showed us around, explained options and gave us brochures.

Immaculate and well arranged showrooom with a wide range of products on display. No pushy sales pitches. When approached, staff member was very knowledgeable and helpful. A very professional set up.
