Have placed two orders in last few months. First went OK though no tracking information and took a lot longer for them to dispatch than expected. Second order, after age waiting for recipient to receive the item, Dunedin just cancelled and refunded saying the product wasn't available, but didn't bother to contact me to ask if I'd accept a swap to a different colourway of the same item. Also, they have NO facility to enter a message to the recipient (as virtually all online retailers offer these days) nor a way within order system to request no invoice or price info is included in a parcel. Product (the one that was received) is fine but business model and customer service are poor.

Ordered a scarf and blanket 2 weeks ago. Was told to allow 3-5 days to dispatch and a further 2-4 days to deliver. The items havent even been dispatched and when speaking to customer services, I was promised theyd be dispatched that day (Thursday) on next day delivery. No dispatch email. Shambolic company. Will be cancelling order. Or contacting my credit card company.

Order plaed 16 days ago and items not received. The staff are full of excuses as to why, this is not post related as they have not actually been dispatched. They are refusing to cancel the order and refund. Shocking service.
