China Munchy Box

We've ordered munchy boxes from here several times and they've all been delicious. Lots of choice and super tasty!

The worst experience ever - not only we had to wait for over TWO hours, and when we phoned up to check on the delivery status POLITELY we got shouted at and hung up by the staff. When the food eventually arrived, no surprise that everything was stone cold. Only if I can give negative stars!!

WOW! Waited over an hour for my food - then logged onto their site to track my order and got a message saying 'order delayed new etc 8.34' (another 34 minutes)... Waited another 34 minutes and nothing. Now 1.5 hours had passed so I called them and asked for an update. Very rude man who answered shouted at me... "Cars left" then slammed the phone down. I get that things can be quite stressful at time but I've been ordering from takeaway for the last year regular and that's not how I expect to be treated!! Vegetarian options: Excellent choice of food

Me and my boyfriend ordered from here, no delivery showed up after waiting over an hour. We phoned and explained our food hadnt arrived to which we were told the food had been delivered and the driver phoned us. We explained that we hadnt received a phone call let alone our food which led to my boyfriend being shouted at down the phone and hung up on. DO NOT order from this restaurant if you actually want to eat or if you want reasonable customer service. Awful.
