If it's urgent and you can do it, choose another instrument shop. If you do order from here and you want to receive the product on time, you should rather pick it up in person at the store, because the product will be delayed 2 or 3 days from the date the store gives.
Don't call them, because you'll just be talking to an arrogant, grumpy person.
By the way. The drumsticks arrived and they are perfect.

Placed an order and paid on the 28th March gave it to the 12th April as no communication and nothing arrived, called and was told one item wasnt in stock so theyd refund and send the other item. On 18th April no refund and no item!!
Its not that hard is it for Christ sake!
Needless to say Ive cancelled the lot and am awaiting a refund .. Im sure this is a one off as operating like this these days theyd go bust in a fortnight .
