Its ok dont have the colour tester at one branch which is no good if you want to match. They saved the day for my colour when they got the pen. Paint SHED are cowboys.

Nice guys and quick order turnaround. But as for the paint, beware multiple painters said CovaPlus Vinyl Matt is what I should use on my walls. However, when I did use this with a darker green and blue, the walls get white chalky marks with even the slightest touch. (After 2 weeks of drying.) The marks smudge. When you wipe the marks, the colour comes off onto the wipe. I showed video of this to my painter and to reps in the shop. They agreed it wasnt normal. The shop thinks it happens more with darker colours, especially when colour matching. I just wish Id been told this BEFORE I paid to have my entire flat repainted. I sent the videos to PPG customer service and they said its not a faulty product and that this is normal for all matt paints. If so, I guess thats fine (???) except they need to communicate this more clearly. These paints should only be used on ceilings, I think, at least darker shades. I cant lean a broom against the wall without looking like Ive marked a chalkboard. They offered a refund and I accepted, but they didnt offer to cover the cost of repainting. Ive just found it all very odd. Why paint if the paint marks so easily and wipes off? Anyway, theres some practical advice if youre considering painting. Reps in shop are friendly and customer service quickly offered a refund, so at least there hasnt been some ongoing battle over my very reasonable complaint.
