We bought my kilt outfit from Hector Russell in Edinburgh about 15 years ago, it was a super experience and I have had a great deal of pleasure over the years wearing it to functions. When it came to ordering for our two sons, we were determined to return to Hector Russell in Edinburgh and continue the tradition. We could not be more pleased with that decision. From the initial contact with Grant on the telephone and via email, through to the appointments where we were superbly looked after by Blair, Sebastian and Moira, it could not have been a more pleasurable experience. They are knowledgeable of the products, so helpful and made us feel very comfortable. We had our initial appointment and then went back later in the day, and we were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. A really great team. Since placing the order, the communication has been first rate, the order arrived within the time period quoted, and whilst only one son has so far had the opportunity to try on his, he looks stunning and the whole outfit is spot on. This truly is customer service at its absolute best.

This is the best shop for helpfulness and service. Blair was just brilliant and the quality of the product was excellent. Would definitely recommend these guys if you are looking for anything related to highland dress Awesome experience - thank you guys
