        During a visit in the UK I had once the bad luck to be confronted to separate taps... No fun at all! But the second one I saw was equiped with a retromixer: It is simple, easy to install and works very well. This was definitely the best choice in this situation and I can only recommand it.

        Coming from Canada, I was used to choosing between, hot, cold, and lukewarm, not between scolding hot and freezing cold. The retromixer is a life saver if you don't want first degree burns or otherwise frostbite and like washing your face. I have had the product for 6 months now, and it is going strong. The build quality is held up quite well, it is plastic, sturdy and very easy to install. If you are moving to the UK, I would highly recommend ordering one!
