The lay out is better than last, and stock isn't great either unfortunately, but very disappointing of how there was no one on at the tills got told to use self checkouts didn't have a clue how to use it as neither did a lot of people.

I purchased a white top and processed it through the self-service till, but I didnt notice until *after* I had paid that there was a bright orange foundation stain on the collar, and the self-service till did not print out a receipt. Unsure as to what to do and worried that the stain would not come out in the wash, I notified a member of staff who was very helpful and re-printed my receipt for me, and offered to run to the stockroom to get me a new top as there were no more in my size on the shopfloor. I was incredibly grateful for this and received great customer service, nothing was a problem and the quality/pricing of clothes are great.
