Please avoid this agency! They are not helpfull, they have no repsect and no symphaty to the tenants. Our boiler stopped working on last week Thursday morning we did not had hot water and heat. The weather outside was -2. I reported the issue with the agency in the morning they said they report the problem and will send some one out. The landlord came out in the afternoon who is obviously not an engineer.. and was not able to fix the problem. When I told the agency I am very disappointed how they treated the problem and how they left us in a cold property for a night they showed no sympathy or respect. They was not helpful at all they not apologies or offered alternatives to help like electric heater or something. They seens they was not bothered with the fact the tenants have to spend the night in a cold property without heat and hot water. During my complain they hang the phone on me. One of the ladies I spoke with had an intolerable attitude with me. I been told I have abusive behaviour however I did not show any of that I just complained and I was frustrated I have to spend the night in a cold property with a hot water. Staff who works here seens they can not handle complaints about the company and they can not handle tenants who have problems. They should not hang on the phone on a tenant and should not shouting with their tenants. As they provide a service. Also the agency seens they are not professional as they dont know how to react to a complain and also they blame the tenat and not the staff first. And with this the agency seens to respect the fact staff can shout and hang the phone on a tenat who has an ongoing problem and complain about it and about that how she/disappointed with the agency service. With this the agency shows they not pay attention and they do not make sure the tenats are happy and fully satisfied with the service. The boiler been fixed after 24h, what is illegal to leave a tenat without heat and hot water during winter season for this long time. And the agency did not apologise about this and also they apologised how the staff spoke and acted with me.

Rented a property with Campbell Stafford who were genuinely a pleasure to deal with right from the beginning, to when we first viewed the property and up until when we vacated. We mostly communicated with Jenny who was superb and always responded in a timely manner to any issues we had and was proactive in sorting these out. Several things were raised throughout our tenancy and ALL were acted on in good time, if not immediately. We also received our full security deposit back in less than a week after moving out. Never had a more pleasant time renting and would recommend to anyone looking to rent in Edinburgh!
