    I went to see Jilly for a pregnancy check up. I wanted to ensure I was doing everything I could to look after my body whilst pregnant and prepare it for childbirth and after. As an ultramarathon runner I also wanted to continue running for during pregnancy for as long as possible, but was experiencing some groin pain. Jilly set me exercises to help with this plus some core exercises that were safe to do whilst pregnant and this helped me to continue running into my final week of pregnancy. I had a pelvic floor assessment which gave me confidence that I was doing pelvic squeezes correctly which is invaluable post-partum. I found the online pregnancy pilates classes excellent and much better than any other classes I'd found online. Pre-pregnancy I'd done a lot of pilates and found many pregnancy-specific classes were too basic. Jilly's classes were an appropriate level and left me feeling I'd done a good workout. Later on in my pregnancy I also appreciated the easier alternatives she demonstrated! I'd highly recommend anyone who is pregnant to get a check up with Jilly. She is professional and super knowledgeable and I look forward to working with her again!

    Jilly was recommend to me by a friend and as a first time Mum I went to see her for a MOT, as I wanted to make sure everything was in order before getting back into running and team sports. She put me at ease, was able to explain what was happening and she used acupuncture and massage to loosen off my glute which was causing pain in my tailbone. She checked how I was doing my pelvic floor exercises, this was very helpful. She gave me a personalised treatment plan to follow. I would highly recommend going to see Jilly.
