Visited this store yesterday & had the most friendly welcome from the staff. All of them were full of smiles & good energy & one gentleman in particular (Gareth) helped my other half with his wealth of knoweldge on choosing the right G-Shock watch, and because of his excellent customer service, I also ended up buying myself a lovely Tommy Hilfiger watch. Absolutely outstanding service! Gareth & another member of staff who was also very kind & lovely to speak with (didn't catch her name, but she was a proper bonnie wee lass with nice eyebrows) also helped adjust the date on my watch today can't thank them both enough for the joyful experience.

Excellent service. Carys was so knowledgeable and helpful. My engagement ring has lost a diamond and took it in to have it replaced. Carys was very thorough and ensured that she had all the information and let me know what the process was and roughly how long it will take. Would definitely recommend this store and the staff

Absolutely outstanding experience. Bekki the supervisor was a real delight to speak with. Her kindness and product knowledge is amazing. The range of products here is excellent and the prices are very good. It's the personal touch which I really enjoyed. There is something for everyone.
