        Been going here for 5 years. First time Ive had a bad experience. Person serving me went away when a pretty girl asked something. Eventually got my trainers. Saw the other colleague offer 15% discount to 2 consecutive customers. Even though I spent nearly 200 I didnt get this. Dont think it was a racial thing. Just really bad service

        Great experience today. I'd been on the Run4It website which was really informative. Then in the shop I was helped by Scarlet who was knowledgeable, constructive, friendly and honest. I left feeling that I got the perfect shoes for what I need. It is slightly stating the obvious, but the shoes I've just bought are available a bit cheaper on Amazon, but I wouldn't have known to buy them, and in what size, if it wasn't for the help I've been given, and that has a lot of value too. Thanks.
