Cullerton's

I recently sold my property in Stockbridge and engaged with a few agents before launching with Cullertons. I was initially struck by their comprehensive knowledge of the local market and the extra efforts to really understand and formulate the best strategy to market our property to secure the highest sale price. It was also made clear from the beginning my property would be handled by a Director and his direct support team, unlike some of the larger agents who pitched for our business, which had slightly concerned me at the time. The photographs and marketing content were produced with lightning speed and I received something I was really proud of. It was impressive to witness Cullertons adept strategy and polished service play out. The diary filled with lots of enquiries and viewings, which were very ably converted into several terrific offers at a closing date - all achieved less than three weeks after launch. I was delighted with Cullertons service and the sales price achieved, which far exceeded our expectation, and has allowed my husband and I to increase our budget on our next home purchase, which Cullertons are now assisting us with sourcing. Needless to say, I wont be looking past Cullertons for any of our future estate agency requirements. Thank you so much!!

Selling at such a difficult time in the market was initially stressful, but we found Mark, Greig and Graeme to be a reassuring team who immediately gave us the confidence to believe the property would sell quickly and for a good price. The way they marketed the house was particularly impressive and the photography and online advertising drew in so many prospective buyers that the house sold within two days. When there was a delay in the finalisation of the sale, Mark moved quickly and efficiently along with our solicitors to get the transaction over the line. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

When my neighbour mentioned selling our property through Cullerton's I was a bit on the reluctant side as I wasn't familiar with the name and really was erring to the bigger named agents. After meeting Mark I have to say I was very impressed and knew if anyone was going to sell our property it would be him. Our property was unique and we always knew it would only suit a small percentage of would be buyers. After two weeks on the market we had two offers over asking price. Mark advised us throughout the sale as we were not that familiar with the Scottish buying/selling system. It was an extremely smooth and stress free process for us. Actually thinking about it now, with the help and guidance and work Mark put in personally in getting our property sold, I don't think it would have happened so effortlessly if I used another agent. I don't normally write reviews but I felt it was needed in this case.
