Every time I visit this store the staff are consistently helpful, polite and very knowledgeable about their products. Its a very positive experience shopping at the Body Shop, Gayle, Edinburgh.

Just been in to get Mothers Day presents and couldnt have had a better experience thanks to saira and Kirsty. I let them know the products I was looking for in the drops of youth range and they let me know about a gift set promotion that wasnt labelled and saved me a pretty penny aswell as let me know how to get the best use out of the products and even demonstrated how the products worked and how much to use. 10/10 customer service both such lovely people! - From a very happy customer

Lovely shop aways well stocked up with products, nice, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I keep coming back as I like the fact that you can top up the products you like instead of buying a new bottle of plastic.
