The property was in a very good condition and thorough cleaning has been carried out before my move in date. Special thanks to Joe, who replied to my inquiries within hours and always showed support. I would highly recommend using Investment property agency. They have been very prompt in dealing with any issues. Always a friendly voice on the end of the phone and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you Gaynor and Joe for all your help over the last few years.

Even though my time with Investment Property Agency was brief, they are by far the best letting agent I have encountered. They were quick to act on issues and made my stay in Edinburgh a painless one. The service they provide is a highly professional one, where they look out for both the landlords and the tenants where they can. Finally, their staff are fantastic and always responded quickly to my requests! I would highly recommend them if looking for a flat in Edinburgh!
