I want to give the biggest shoutout to this Enterprise. My partner and I rented a car from Inverness to drive the Highlands, Isle of Skye, and then eventually to Edinburgh. The workers were so patient and gave us tips for driving on the opposite side of the road for the first time as well as how to tackle highland pot holes (shout out Inverness airport Enterprise!) We were doing great until we were about 2 hours from Edinburgh and got a flat! We called Enterprise and they sent out roadside assistance to help. They told us not to worry about our return time and just to be safe. Enter Mike. Mike was our roadside assist and he was so courteous and patient. Because we didnt know exactly where we were with spotty wifi- he had to search for us on the backroads. Once he did find us, he had a spare tire on the car within 20 minutes. He then tailed us back to Edinburgh to make sure nothing else happened with the tire. This helped our peace of mind soooo much because we had to go slower on major highways due to the spare. Mike made us feel safe and even stopped to give us a chance to use the bathroom and get gas (petrol) Once we got to the enterprise waverly station - we worked with Matthew. Matthew was so polite and kind with us. We were apologetic about the tire and he was genuine and told us not to worry- things happen. Then to round it all off- Mike was kind enough to give us a ride to our hotel since we missed our hotel check-in! Overall, what could have been a disaster was so smooth and simple due to the kindhearted people here (maybe we are just used to our fellow grumpy Americans?) We are so grateful for the help we received. Also Mike if you read this - we didnt know if tipping was a thing for roadside in Scotland!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. They gave us a faulty car and, after many problems, hours and calls, gave us another one of lower category. We have been asking for the price difference and the money we spent filling the tank of the first one but didn't use because it broke down within the hour and they have been completely unproffesional. They aren't answering our emails and Brian, the branch manager, hasn't been at all in contact with us not even to apologize or to say that they will try to help us. Ravi, the assistant manager, talked with us and said he would help us, but we are back at our country now and I fear they hope we forget and, because we can't physically go there to complain, we'll stop asking. Also they say there is no official or legal way to fill a complain. Wouldn't recommend at all their service and, as a common traveller to Edinburgh, I' ll NEVER rent another car with them.

Quick service. Handy for the railway station. Follow the instructions and once you've found the right set of steps out of the station easy enough to walk across the carpark and go down two floors.
