I had my first ever massage today (postnatal/deep tissue) and was feeling a little anxious..that was quickly put to ease by Rhian! A lovely, warm welcome made me feel very relaxed straight away. She worked her magic on areas that needed tended to and I had no idea I could feel so light after a massage. I'll definitely be back again thank you!

I have been many times for pregnancy massage and all therapists I have had are wonderful! I must say that most recently I have been with gabe and she was truly amazing. I felt in such secure and safe hands, as we worked over some tight spots and felt so relaxed and great throughout and after. Healing hands and lovely demeanour and I felt totally comfortable and at ease, would recommend Gabe for all treatments and I loved my reflexology and pregnancy massage and could feel her experience during the treatment.

The space is warm and welcoming, the practitioners are well meaning. I have heard excellent things about their massage therapies. I attended a hypnobirthing course in 2022 and while there were some useful elements such as (all too brief) coverage of birthing positions and acupressure points, generally I was deeply concerned by my experience. The sessions reeked of, and I feel encouraged, toxic positivity. Informed consent was not practiced when doing a particular exercise that relied on accessing anxiety over parenthood. The exercise unlocked some personal trauma. I did not know what the exercise involved when we started, and had I known I would have chosen not to participate for the sake of my mental health. I also felt I could not raise this as an issue in the space. The sessions centred around visualisation and yogic breathing, with the assumption that participants are proficient in both. Little support or advice is offered of you are not. To be honest, the entire course felt less like preparation for childbirth and more like anti hospital/assisted birth propaganda.

Never really leave reviews but had such a lovely experience here. A friend of mine gifted me a 90 minute pregnancy massage with Krista and it was absolutely wonderful. It was incredible relaxing and time flew by very quickly with the prefect temperature, a hint of relaxing music and dimmed lights. What a perfect pregnancy present - I will definitely have one again!
