This is my first experience of financial planning and I found the prospect quite daunting but Spentwell really do break it down and really deliver on their "jargon-free" promise. I've found the process easy to follow, reassuring and easy to manage around my work/family time. The attention to detail, communication and service are first class. I wish I'd engaged with them sooner. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Having had markedly mediocre experiences with financial advisors in the past I sought Keiths help for a review of my finances. Initially i was attracted to Spentwell by the promise of a jargon-free approach. The initial getting to-know-you session was enjoyable and enlightening, we agreed a one-off review was required. Keith then helped me to track down a mislaid pension, consolidate accounts, plan for retirement and navigate the Australian pension/tax system. I cant quite express my relief for having gone through this process, and the reassurance that comes from having a solid plan. I felt listened to and understood, Keith was professional, quick to follow things up and tenacious in tracking things through. I have no hesitation in recomending Spentwell services to others, and indeed i already have.
