A Flat In Town

Used them to find tenants for our home that we had to move out of due to work relocation. The tenants that they found damaged our property and in one case only stayed a few months. This wasnt what we wanted at all and this agency didnt seem to have screened the tenants adequately. We also found their manner to be not very professional and there were several inconveniences as a result of their service (e.g damage not spotted at checkout inspection, keys not returned after viewing). We not be able to reccomend this company to anyone who needs to rent out their property in Edinburgh.

Not professional. WEnt for a viewing little late and found noene there. Despite I srnt them an email before the appointment saying I'll be 30 min lates. When i called them , she just told mr our agent has even left the appart before the appointment..

I rented a beautiful flat with A Flat in Town from 2017-2018 and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. Having had a bad experience with another Edinburgh-based letting agency, I was impressed by the staff's commitment to us as tenants and the flat itself. Initially, Lucy was our property manager and she was brilliant - very friendly and helpful. During the year, Nicola became our property manager and she was equally as friendly and accommodating - both lovely people! If there were any issues (only once or twice) with the property, they were quickly resolved with ease. I cannot recommend renting with A Flat in Town enough - they are a genuine company who value their tenants and not to mention the outstanding quality of housing they provide. 10/10, thank you!
