Very approachable and friendly classes, and a very mixed group of members (not the hardcore weights crowd), so it's easy to start but quickly becomes a very effective full body exercise session. You get to learn proper technique and includes a thorough stretch to warm up and cool down so you won't damage yourself. Great fun!

I was a bit apprehensive starting the classes having never done any weight/resistence training, but was instantly put at ease. Leszek and everyone on the bootcamp were great and so friendly, always willing to help you out with useful tips and advice on technique. It's quite addictive once you get going and I noticed I was getting stronger each week without bulking up. I would have no hesitation in recommending Edinburgh Kettlebell Club or Fitness Soul. Give it a try!

I attended two kettle bell bootcamp with Leszek and I loved every minute of it. The classes were intense, varied and fun! He gave clear instructions and corrected postures when and where needed. I certainly noticed my body was more toned at the end of it, I had more core strength and felt good about myself. I would highly recommend Leszek and the classes to everyone!

I have trained my whole life as a dancer and run a Dance school full time. On top of this busy schedule I also teach fitness classes and perform regularly. I have felt since introducing Kettlebells to my routine I have much more energy and strength for the all of these other things making it all so much easier. I believe this is something I should have done a long time ago. I feel very at ease with the instructor and trust fully we are being shown to do things correctly and safely.
