Had them do roof repairs at a block of flats and while they did turn up on time, and they guys were friendly, I had to get them back a couple of times to finished the job and fix bits they'd missed, including a dangerous slipped roof slate which they left in the gutter. However given that they turned up when they said they would, I decided to use them a second time not to get work done but just to do a survey on a house, which i though would be quite straight forward, booked the appointment and they didnt turn up, or even phone me to say they weren't going to turn up, so the owner of the new house had someone wait in for nothing. I rescheduled it with them a few days later and they failed to turn up a second time, and again, never called or even answered the phone. In short yes they were quite a bit cheaper than other quotes for the same work, and they did get the first job done eventually, but be warned, only use them if you can be bothered with chasing them constantly to get the job done, if they choose to turn up at all.
