        I was really annoyed to find out what a terrible experience a family member of mine had when spoken to in the shop while served when other customers were in the shop , it was so shocking the way they were being spoken to and my sister was crying . You all need to have a better way of speaking to customers and not shouting at them . Its terrible and very disappointed . Get your act together start treating people nicely and not being so nasty to customers .
