Have bought numerous items from Nisbets (all be it on a small scale not for a business) and have always found all staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable with deliveries being very quick and of good quality. Makes me quite angry when I see individuals (Shahrzad) being very aggressive and abusive naming staff and putting them down publicly. How dare you talk down to people like that and from you're spelling and grammar doubt you are very clever. Maybe if you speak to people with respect you may get respect back. Can't stand bullies.

AVOID!! Inexperienced and arrogant staff, without knowledge of the products. Went to buy vacuum machine and bags, staff didnt offer any help and sold me the wrong bags. Half an hour later I called and they asked me to take them back with the receipt. Went to store and the manager, tall and chubby guy always munching something in his mouth in front of customers, become very rude and aggressive and told me he cannot swap the bags as they are opened. Explained that this was the bags staff sold me an hour ago and I cant use them as they are not suitable with the machine. He told me with a smiley face to keep them and use them for something else. Very rude customer service, we are a local business thats spends lots of money there but I will definitely never buy anything from them again!
