hi there, this is going to sound really crazy but I used to work at Poundworld (seafield) during 2015-2018. I spoke regularly with one of the members of staff there, named James. whom had dark hair, bright eyes, had a beard then didn't, usually wore a hoodie with his overalls. which is as much as I can remember. I was hoping I could somehow get some kind of detail to help possibly find out who he is, as I noticed he may have stopped working there before my place of work shut down..he was always nice to me when no one else really was and due to my anxiety, I regret not getting to at least thank him. so if anyone could shed light on who he may be..I'd greatly appreciate it! thanks.

The ultimate thieves. Never ever buy or sell a car from them. Bought a car from them for 6K last year and sold it back to them today for 2500 for a minor cosmetic damage (only accepted their offer because we needed to relocate urgently and made the mistake of letting the guy know). Worst service ever.

Avoid these guys if you can! They lied and strung me along for 5 weeks and I still didn't have a date for them taking my car into the garage. After 4 weeks (of being messed around), the insurance company called them, they claimed they were going to order the part as soon as they came off the phone and my car should be taken in within 5 days or less. Over a week later and I heard nothing from them. When I called them first to check if they'd even ordered the part, they gave me a list of frankly lies. Said the guy who would have ordered the part wasn't in that day and he had taken all paperwork home with him so he couldn't check if the part had been ordered! When I asked isn't the info on computer(!!), he said yes but he was the only person in the office that day and didn't have time . When my insurance company then called, the secretary answered the phone (so he wasn't the only 1 in the office) and also confirmed the part STILL hadn't been ordered. They say they're very busy and I think they've got used to messing customers around but there's no excuse for outright dishonesty. They gave multiple assurances and then let me down every time. I then went to a garage in Glasgow who had my car in the garage within a week and did a fantastic job. Regretted ever dealing with Arnold Clark.
