UPDATE AT THE BOTTOM We are looking to get flooring done throughout the entire house so I went in to ask about options and to get a quote. I was looking for LVT specifically, and the lady told me they stock Amore and said I could look at the selection in the shop window if I wanted. She didn't offer to show me the samples or talk me through the options, and didn't seem to know they stocked other LVT brands. I would expect sales staff to be helpful, and knowledgeable about their products, so this was very off-putting. You'd also think sales staff would be helpful if someone mentioned they are moving to a new house, because the customer might need other services and products, such as curtains and rugs. Oh well. I still asked if I should email them to get a quote or how that works, and she said email would be fine, but didn't give me their email address or a business card. UPDATE: Hi Norman, I appreciate your apology and response to my review. I decided to get in touch with the store again to arrange for a quote. I have now waited for over a week and haven't heard back. If there is a communication issue, it's not on my end. The other businesses I contacted at the same time all got back to me.
