Kristoffersen Carpets and Flooring

Spoke to a couple of staff members in branch on several occasions and they were both very friendly, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Carpet was fitted within just a week of ordering, carpet fitters were polite, fast, and tidy, and we cannot fault either the carpet fitting or the carpet. Very happy, would use again and recommend to others.

The wooden flooring in one of the rooms in our flat had been damaged by a water leak from the flat above. We went to Kristoffersen's to see whether they could replace the floor like-for-like and match the new flooring as closely as possible to the rest of the wood flooring through the flat. We went ahead with them and are very pleased with the results; the new flooring pretty well matches the rest of the existing flooring and the work was done with a minimum of fuss and damage to the decorations caused by having to removed the skirting boards. We had used Kristoffersen's previously for a new carpet and were equally pleased with that.

Very impressed with the friendly service received at the shop. The knowledge of the products on sale was excellent. The bonus was the work done by the fitters installing vinyl tiles in our hall. See photos....
