This care home is an absolute joke , nice staff but the management and KAREN the BIG boss is an absolute horrid and bully of a woman. Couldnt give a monkeys about her staff or her residents , cares more about her cushions and her plants than the residents and staff themselves . Victimises her staff, not a bit of care or compassion. 100% not the type of person Id like leaving my gran with thats for sure.

Do not send your parents grandparents anybody as they have bullies for staff. 2 members of there staff made someone I know very well she tried to commit suicide all because of those bullies. Its nice to know our loved ones are looked after but if you send them there they won't be as they employed bullies
