Very friendly with a large selection of floor coverings in a myriad of designs. I chose some new linoleum for my bathroom which should be installed shortly. The installation was carried out in a timely and efficient manner at a reasonable price. Anyone wanting a new floor covering should visit here first.

Used Thistle for three jobs in total. First two went well. The last, a bigger job, was a different story. Everything took longer. Emails went unanswered. Much less enthusiasm from staff. Genuinely surprising given the good service we've had in the past. The job had lots of snags including a damaged wall that had only been plastered a month before. Asked about a discount when paying the balance and got a very snappy response. Very different to first two visits. Will go elsewhere next time.

I cant praise this company highly enough. Totally reliable and the highest standard of workmanship. Fitted out two small but but potentially tricky rooms with no fuss at all. Really nice, genuine people too. Brilliant!
