From our first meeting Jay impressed us with his creativity and enthusiasm to design our new company website. He very quickly grasped what we needed, understanding our industry and how best to promote the practice. From the outset we were confident to give Jay an open brief to tell our story and we are thrilled with the results. We love the fresh look and feel of the website and it is the ideal platform to promote our services and showcase our work. The site is very user friendly and easy to navigate and from a management perspective (with some expert Wordpress tuition) straight forward to update and versatile enough to expand. Aside from his creativity and design skills, Jay is very meticulous, super helpful and above all patient, guiding us throughout the process. I have enjoyed working with Jay, learning a great deal along the way and he has become a valuable and trusted collaborator. I approached Jay at Freak Design to redesign our website. I looked carefully at many web designers and picked Freak Design based on the fact that they are a small team offering bespoke services. I also liked their own website and examples of their work. Our own website was starting to look quite outdated, and Jay was frank from the outset that he felt it would benefit from a revamp and that he could significantly improve it. I already had a fair amount of experience with website development and had several meetings with Jay to let him know what I was looking for. He took the time and effort to understand our business and our competitors. I can honestly say that what Jay produced has far exceeded my expectations. He has gone over and beyond what was required. He is a perfectionist and listened very carefully to what we wanted to achieve and to reflect our philosophy. He was able to look at our website from a fresh perspective and put himself in the position of potential clients.
