Sent off a water damaged Cayenne amp, that was producing no volume, for repair if possible (return postage charge only if repair is not possible). 8 days later its back in the car and all working as it should. Superb service at a good price. Highly recommended.

Flawless, fantastic service - no car speaker audio from my Maserati Quattroporte, diagnosed to be an issue with the Bose amp. I followed the website's return process, and the amp was received by them on Thursday and repaired the same day! I made payment that evening (their no-fix/no-fee guarantee is also reassuring), it was shipped on Friday and delivered to my garage on Monday. I have sound once more which I'm very happy about - and the price was very reasonable. HIGHLY recommended.

Fantastic service. The amp on my MX-5 developed a fault which stopped all audio from playing, and made it make a repetitive popping sound. Looked for a replacement for months without joy, and then found Bose Repair Experts. Sent them a message to ask if it signed like something they could repair, got a quick reply saying they could. Sent the amp to them on Tuesday afternoon, had it back in working condition by Saturday morning. They didn't charge anything until they had carried out the repair, which is a rare example of a company putting their workmanship first. There were no hidden charges or anything like that either: just the 149 repair fee + about a fiver to post it up to them. Given that I was on the verge of paying to completely replace the amp, head unit and speakers, this has saved me a lot of time and money. Highly recommended, thanks for all your help.
