Both Derek and Mary were excellent with our new build property. They responded quickly to enquiries and gave us great advice, and a few huge books of samples to take home for a week to think our choice through properly. Communication was great throughout the process. They were patient and understanding when we didn't have a move in date, and went the extra mile when we finally got a date with only two days notice, managing to fit us in a few days after. Fitting the flooring for the entire property took just shy of two days, but the quality was amazing. We're delighted with the result! We don't have anything negative to say, we'll definitely be using them in the future!
