I was loyal to Apple from around 2010 until late 2022. Last year, I got tired of constant poor battery life (having to disable umpteen features on my iPhone just to get through the day). The constant updates always having some bug in them and slowing your low memory device down. Then, when I finally went to this store for help, was treated like an inconvenience (despite paying premium prices). Well after a few months away from Apple, I wish I'd escaped their ugly grey, overpriced dumbed down OS with poor battery life years ago. I'm getting significantly better battery and removable storage with my new Samsung device. And no longer have to tolerate arrogance from the staff who work at this 'store'.

Professional, rapid, and very helpful staff. We were mainly helped to diagnose and repair a phone screen issue by Jonathan and it definitely felt like a full VIP Apple experience. Glorious
