If you want an eshop that no product can be added in the basket and no customer can pay at the checkout, Primal Space is the place! They clearly have no experience in big projects using serious platforms such as Magento 2. Blair jeopardised our entire business and the salaries of 15 people. The only word that comes in mind to describe the whole situation is...ridiculous.

One of the things I like best about working with Primal Space is that they speak "human" - I'm not the techiest person, but somehow they understand my needs and requirements and translate them into something elegant that works. Often something better than I've asked for. Communication is key when commissioning someone to create a website, and even if I haven't known the technical terms -or even the capabilities- of the back end of the site, it has been explained to me in a way that I understand (often in the form of screenshots or a graphic) and that I can engage with. Their portfolio of work is impressive, with a varied client base. They aren't niche, they're the best kind of all-rounders, so whether you're a punchy non-profit or a multi-channel retailer, they can create something that does what you need it to. Even with a fixed budget, they deliver without skimping on quality. When, as sometimes it inevitably must, something on our site breaks -often through over enthusiastic user-error at our end- they are responsive, polite, efficient and deft. Even if you've done something stupid. (Sorry chaps... I'll try not to break things again!) I would wholeheartedly recommend Primal Space if you are looking for a web-solution: they make it so we can show our best face to the world.

They are really customer focused and pull out all the stops to get things done - even late on a Friday afternoon! They know their stuff and can explain it without confusing you with technical jargon!

Primal Space set up and linked all my social media (website/instagram/Facebook/email) when I set up my GS36NNC fundraising project. They could not have been more helpful, speedy and professional and were always on hand to help with any questions I had. I wholeheartedly recommend them and continue to rely on them for help and advice.
