The staff at this particular branch are amazing. The Manageress Theresa has so much patience and understanding and gone out her way to help my son who has Autism feel relaxed and comfortable when he is on his shoe quest, Thankyou !

Skechers - Edinburgh - the service was discusting, I was treated like a lepper, I asked to try on a slip on shoe and was just given one shoe to try on, the sales person then walked off to serve someone else and the other salespersons walked away leaving me sitting there with one shoe on one off wondering if anyone was coming back, I looked up and all three salespersons were just standing around chatting and totally ignoring customers. After waiting about 5 mins with still no action, I took off the shoe and walked out. Never have we had such bad service. The Skechers stores in both London and Bath were fantastic, friendly and helpful its a pity Edinburgh was just sooooo bad. Our whole time in the U.K was fantastic. The service was great staff were friendly but and a big but the staff in Skechers in Prince's Street were absolutely rubbish
