        I am a regular to this store. The experience is usually great. Staff were attentive and friendly. However, I'm afraid I can't say the same for my last visit. I bought a jacket in the sales department on the top floor. When I approached the counter to pay, I politely asked if there was a new one in stock. A simple no would be sufficient. But the staff was really sarcastic. He said "even if there was one, it wouldn't be at this price." It was unnecessary and rude!

        Bought a pair of walking boots but I required to have specialised insoles put in. So not a straight forward situation. Have to say Arthur was exceptionally helpful & very patient in finding me the boots that were suitable for the insoles. There was a good selection of walking boots of varying styles & colours, would recommend Tiso for quality walking boots. I had to unfortunately bring boots back, my fault & swap for a pair of walking shoes. Again Arthur was very good, knew my dilemma with insoles & narrowed choice down. Refund & subsequent purchase very easy & efficient, can't fault them at all. Would definitely go back when need arises. Thanks to Arthur for his help.
