I have been in touch with Jamie from the Manchester office for a position that he contacted me for. We agreed to have a phone call at 19:00 CET. At the time we agreed I messaged several times and had an answer almost an hour after what should have been the start of the meeting saying that he had to rush out of the office,. When I told him it was not a great start of conversation and reflected rather badly on the company that employs him, he told me that his dog was rushed to the vets, and no other candidate had reacted the way I did. Needless to say that I did not push further, hoping that his dog would feel better soon. Unprofessional, unreliable and probably a bit inexperienced, thinking that his dog story, however sad, would make up for not showing up. I do not recommend from a candidate perspective (that would waste time with them), or from a company side either (that would be please to know they are missing on relevant candidates the way I just described)

I have dealt with a number of recruitment specialist over the years and can honestly state that the service delivered by Cameron was exceptional. From initial contact, through the interview and negotiating stages he was constantly supportive, professional and fully appreciated the need for regular feedback / contact.They know how to deal with people and how tosatisfy the client.

Not bad. Got me an interview (eventually unsuccessful), and friendly. However, very hard to contact after the event. Have been promised 'feedback' but 99% sure this will never materialise.
