Fantastic service definitely recommend. I work away from home and as a result need a lot of washing doing and refuse to pay hotel prices so finding this laundrette was like a jewel in the crown to me. Also because of the nature of my business I have to be careful where I get my closed cleaned for security issues so think the really nice, heart warming and hard working lady like Karen that dealt with me realised what my uniform really was. However the fact remains in just over 120 mins she was able to wash and dry a whole weeks worth of my clothes whilst I went for breakfast . Workers like her should be really treasured in shops like this as they are not only the backbone of our community but look after every customer but like they treat customers like their needs are the only one that matters . So if the employer of this unit sees this review please let her know her service is valued and I will only ever use this unit if she is here as either manager or worker. Thank you Karen for doing a fantastic job, you have one of many satisfied customers I am sure . On business from central London
