Its our first time to visit Edinburgh. I was disappointed with one of the staff (Kirsten). She was rude to me when I asked her for the shoe size I needed. Since I really wanted the shoes, i asked another staff about it again just to be sure that she did not misunderstood me. But she rudely grabbed the shoes from the other staff saying she already checked it. Grateful for the male staff who assisted me in the end. Be kind, Kirsten. Dont roll your eyes to Asians. Incident happened on: August 26, 2023 Location: Princes Street, Edinburgh
