        Awesome centre with ample parking. Looks a bit daunting from the outside but the staff are so friendly and helpful. The gym is small but has everything you need for a really good workout. The dumbbells go from 1kg up to 40kg. It has three adjustable benches, a smiths machine, dual pulley and lots of strength and conditioning machines. There is also a recall good choice of cardio machines, treadmills, rowers, bikes, xtrainers and a stair master. The gym staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful too. Current prices are 20.30 per month (no contract and includes fitness classes) or 4.20 for a day visit. Definitely worth a look!
