Jacqui did a great job in guiding us through and completing our first purchase. She was very professional and communicative, as well as kind. We would recommend her conveyancing service! Some feedback on the general process would be to consider setting up an in-person meeting at the beginning of the conveyancing (post offer) so as to get a chance to go over all the necessary steps and ask questions, as there was a lot of email back-and-forth that perhaps could have been reduced that way. However, we understand that this may not always be possible. Another comment would be that the Cashroom sometimes lacked organization, as a few of our documents were requested twice, causing unnecessary delays. These are minor frustrations involved in any buying process, but Jacqui made it easy and fast for us, and we would like to thank her again for all the work she did!

I have bought two properties and sold one with Deans and they have been incredible. From the legal side, Laura is beyond wonderful - super fast, ruthlessly efficient, always responsive and still friendly and a pleasure to work with. From the sales side, Donna was equally fabulous. She gave us great advice and really walked us through the whole process. Honestly couldnt recommend them enough.
