        Great practise and I would highly recommend. I tired a few other physiotherapists around Edinburgh with little success in supporting my recovery. However this practise and especially Richard has been amazing. He clearly diagnosed the issue, gave me a variety of exercises/ stretches and I am able to continue with my sports!! Cant recommend enough.

        I first started appointments with Richard in March this year due to issues with my jaw (TMJ specifically). On my first visit I could barely open my mouth and was in a lot of pain. Richard worked with me and showed me different massage techniques and stretches to loosen the muscles around my TMJ that I could also do myself at home which reduced my pain significantly in a matter of weeks. I would highly recommend getting an appointment with Richard if you are struggling with TMJ/ jaw issues - thanks Richard!
