Smart Property

The Smart Property group has been amazing. We typically work with Bev, but in the times she has been on leave, other agents have done very well to accommodate our needs. Bev and the rest of the team always respond promptly and kindly. They make us feel very cared for and have even checked in on our dog by name. This morning we had an electrical issue and reached out at 6 am, Bev had responded by 7 and an electrician was out by 11:30. The contractors they have sent out have been professional and kind as well. Keep up the good work! We are grateful for everything you do.

Smart Property has been absolutely wonderful to work with! The renting process in Edinburgh can be a bit stressful, but Gregor and the entire Smart Property team have been incredibly responsive, flexible, understanding and professional. Great lettings agency, we were based in London and it was very dificult to find properties in Edinburgh, Gregor was amazing and helped us to find the perfect property in Edinburgh, everything was smooth and never an issue, we been here for over one year!
