        My apartment is under their horrible, negligent management. The glass outer wall has been cracked since last July, it's been almost 10 months and it is still not fixed. Not only its dangerous for the occupant, it's also dangerous for the pedestrian should a piece fall off from 9 floors high. Their extremely poor communication doesn't help either, I have chase them up every month just for an update. They lack ANY initiative and they have the audacity to charge nearly 300 per month for service and management fee Edit: Still not fixed after 1 year and half. Most mismanaged property management company ever.
