        Excellent sports massage from Alex - she is skilled, knowledgeable and made me feel like I was walking on air afterwards. Very highly recommended, so much so that I've already booked another massage in a few weeks' time.

        Steve and the Team at Balanced were fantastic, very friendly, experienced, and certainly knowledgeable. My knee issue was diagnosed quickly and the time was taken to explain exactly what was wrong and what exercises would lead to a quick recovery. Within a couple of sessions and a lot of encouragement, I am once again out on the course enjoying my golf. Balanced at Barnton, worth every penny!
