Excellent service from Laings Edinburgh where they have a beautiful showroom and inviting friendly staff I was passing during a recent visit to the city and decided to pop in for a chat about watch availability, a short while later i was leaving with a stunning Omega Speedmaster after sealing the deal with an equally stunning Dalmore.....what more can you ask for Special thanks to Kat for her excellent service, i look forward from hearing and shopping with you again in the future

I recently collected my stunning new watch and Kat was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I have dealt with Antonia in the past as well and they are both wonderful ladies to deal with. Laings is friendly and welcoming, whether you are in for a browse or to purchase unlike some other luxury jewellers. As a family we have used Laings for a number of years, and Ill be back. I would highly recommend to anyone if you are looking for something special to go to Laings.

I have been a customer of Laing's for the last 3 years and have found the team there to be really engaging and helpful when looking for gifts or a special purchase. Mark Wan has been particularly helpful, guiding me whenever I'm looking to learn about, or purchase a luxury watch. His knowledge is highly impressive and I have found both he and the team at Laings have always made any purchase feel like a very personal experience.

I took my Rado into Laings Edinburgh for a strap replacement. I've had this Rado for 27 years - huge Sentimental value. Sales consultant Antonia Huang, delivered impeccable service and replaced the strap with absolute care - it wasn't a straight forward job due to complications with tiny screws. Antonia did a sterling job and was gracious in her service and when returning my Rado. Thank you

What can I say first class customer service from Blair and Michael. They sourced me my dream piece of jewellery and I cannot thank them enough. I love going into Laigns they make you feel so welcome and nothing is too much trouble for them. Luxury retail at its best.
