Difficult to imagine a company less interested in customer service than these lot. First phoned on 20th November for non-urgent radiator valve issue. Promised visit on Dec 1st, in 12-2 slot. They phoned at 1:55 to say it would be a no show. Then promised Saturday 6th December, stayed in for 2-5 slot. No show. Have phoned three times subsequently. I'm always promised a man will phone. Never happens. Had visitors for weekend and had lack of heat in living room. Last attempt to get someone just about to happen. If this fails, as is usual, then time for all my Facebook/Twitter friends to pass on the story.

Had a heating system installed. John, the salesman didn't listen- I asked for an entirely new system. On day of installation it came to light that I was quoted for a replacement boiler and radiators which resulted in a lot more money and a lot of added stress! The engineer forgot to relay the floorboards. I asked that he remove the radiators once the system is tested as we were doing a renovation. I stressed that I would have him come back to re-fit once the renov was complete and Id be happy to pay extra costs. He REFUSED as he "DIDNT HAVE TIME". We are 3 months down the line and a couple of radiators arent heating up as well as they should. I called First Call and asked that someone come out to have a look. Ross "kindly" advised that this is not their problem and that basically, my warranty / guarantee isnt worth the paper its written on, because THEIR engineer REFUSED to do as I asked, although they made sure they got their cash!
