I recently acquired a rental 2 bed flat from 1Let Agency. The staff are very professional and deligent and execute their task promptly when dealing with prospect tenent . I want to do shout out for great service with genuineness and care from Rebecca and Tina Dawn. Both staff were polite and approachable and courteous on my every call received or attended. Great Job

Stayed in a property managed by 1let. The property had a list of things wrong with it and the company did nothing to fix the issues. They do not care about the tenants. The property had a garage which had a fire (caused by neighbours shed) and waited years for access to the garage, taps dripped for years, and property mangers changed all the time. So, left explaining same faults over and over again but to no resolution. Eventually, moved out as the issues never resolved. In the end, the company would not return expensive blinds I had fitted and want tenants to pay for trees to be cut back rather than the landlord paying to maintain their property. If I could rate 0 I would.
