The website is good, should you use the telephone the experience falls off a Cliff. If heineken had a gun dealership it would not be like this. You begin the dialogue and after 2.5 seconds you are cut off by loud persistent derisive laughter by the person answering. The person is also 'surprised to be rung at 8.50am.' You may speculate that as this is a retail company they might not be surprised by a phone call and might even welcome the activity rather than pour scorn on the person trying to give them almost 1600.00. The remedy is of course to not answer the phone or leave it to go to voicemail both of which might shock other sales people. If you persist with the conversation you might discover you are dimwitted for not knowing that the gun is difficult to obtain and Brexit is a disaster. You are also a good conduit for venting frustration about these issues. Errrr.....no I did not volunteer for a total lack of customer care and I am ringing to pour 1.5K into your business which may not be doing well. Tiny suggestion for alternative sales narrative 'yes a well reviewed gun, I'm sorry you may have to wait 4-weeks I will try to speed this up if at all possible.
