Whilst the staff were very pleasant I was disappointed with the service. I took my engagement ring in to be repaired and it was sent off to Glasgow for an estimate. I had to phone three weeks later as no estimate had arrived. After the phone call I received the estimate of 300 which I authorised. On finally getting my ring back it was clean and the central stone reattached, however the stone itself is badly surface marked and I thought this was supposed to be polished during the work that took place. I said this to the member of staff but she said that would have been additional work. I understood from the conversation I had with the man who initially examined my damaged ring at the Fort that the stone was to be surface polished. If I had been told that was an additional cost I would have gone to my insurers.

From the second my wife & I entered the shop till we left we couldn't praise the staff any higher it was superb, friendly, helpful & professional. We will be back. Gordon Mitchell

Consistently excellent customer service. The showrooms are always clean and tidy. I always feel welcome to browse too
